Privacy policy

OpenClaw Calendar is a private application used only by its owner. It connects the owner's Google account to a privately operated personal assistant.

Google data accessed

With the owner's authorization, the application may access Google Calendar events; Gmail messages, labels, and relevant settings; selected Google Drive files and folders; Google Docs and Sheets content; and Google Contacts information. The exact permissions are shown on Google's OAuth consent screen.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-requested personal automation, including calendar-aware reminders and briefings, mailbox organization, document workflows, and contact resolution. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training public machine-learning models.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and limited operational data may be stored on privately controlled CooberLab infrastructure. Access is restricted to the owner and the services needed to operate the application. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect stored data.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except when required to operate an owner-requested feature, comply with law, or protect the security of the service. No Google user data is transferred for advertising purposes.

Retention and deletion

Operational data is retained only as long as needed for the owner's personal workflows. The owner may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account settings and may delete locally stored application data.

Google API Services policy

OpenClaw Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
